We, the undersigned, hereby petition for a full time health centre in Toronto for people living with cystic fibrosis. This would allow for there to be a place, outside of hospitals, where families and individuals can go to receive treatments, be cared for when they're ill, and speak to others dealing with the same medical problems as themselves.
