It's time to make changes in protecting children no matter what the cost. Drs & Social workers must have the right to keep a child in care if the child's welfare is at risk or in Question. People need to lose there Jobs for this. People that work in the field of care Social Work or Drs should have that right to hold a child if they think the child is in danger. not to be returned home I like was and Baby P and So many More
