In the state of South Carolina 6th graders aren’t allowed to play sports. Why, you may ask. Some say it is because of money, some say it is because of safety. All good reasons but, where do the 6th graders come in? Adults shouldn’t always choose for us. We should have our own voice. The 7th and 8th grade students shouldn’t get special privileges just because they’re older! That is why we need your help. Your help to get 6th graders shooting 3’s, scoring goal, and running touchdowns! Sign the petition so everyone can have a voice.
“We, the people, call upon the South Carolina government to eliminate and destroy the law of no sports for 6th graders.” We will make posters, make clubs, speak to the top of the chain to get what we want.
