4 Way Stop at 304th Street and 170th Ave

We, the undersigned residents of Homestead, District 8, call on Commissioner Katy Sorenson to put a 4 way stop or traffic light at the corner of 304th St and 170th Ave.

We the residents are aggravated with all the accidents on this corner. No obeys the 30mph speed limit and no stops at the 2 way stop. Many accidents have occured and many request for action have been filed and nothing has been done about this. On May 10, 2007 a driver ran the stop sign hitting another driver which lost control of his vehicle. This vehicle then hit the home of Dino and Yvette Caponi located at 16951 SW 304 St. Lucklily no one was injured but the home was seriously damaged.

Something needs to be done about this. Please review this with the community which continues to be a growing concern.
