We are Cobblestone LLC, the owners of an upcoming restaurant in Dumbo at 15 Main Street.
Our goal is to create a space for guests to enjoy a casual dining experience composed of locally sourced, seasonal ingredients that are prepared with a focused on simplicity and elegance.
The use of local and high quality products will be complimented by the artisanal approach of the beverage program that will feature hand-picked wines, in a wide range of price points, local craft beers, savory seasonal cocktails focused on local spirits.
