It is to my knowledge that the anime and manga "To LOVE-RU Darkness" is quite popular. Not only in Japan, but also overseas on the continents of Europe, North America, and other parts of Asia.
According to what I've seen online, there are lot of people that would support this cause.
Why exactly should you sign? The manga started on October 4, 2010 and is still going on. The anime had started on October 6, 2012 and the final episode was December 27, 2012. That episode was Chapter 17 of the Manga, which is now currently on Chapter 40.
There are certainly many that agree there are more than enough to chapters to reboot the anime and have a second season. The first ended on such a cliffhanger, too, without a conclusion to either of the main events.
Signing this will ensure a second season if it is truly wanted.
