呼籲立即釋放艾未未及所有維權的藝術中工作者

這是基於普世認同的人權信念；
這是基於中國對《世界人權宣言》的承諾；
這是基於2011年3月14日，溫家寶總理在兩會記者會上說 , 以「堅持社會公平正義」、「保障人民民主權利 , 促進人的全面發展，以進一步調動人民的積極性和創造性。」為發展的道路。

基本人權、創作自由是兩岸三地 , 及世界各地藝術工作者所認同並不懈地爭取的價值。我們作為文化工作者 , 強烈要求中國應有世界大國的氣度胸襟，尊重創作自由以及按其創作良心 , 勇於批評現實上不公義、不合理的的中國藝術工作者 , 並馬上釋放藝術家艾未未、攝像師文濤、行為藝術家郭蓋、黃香、紀錄片工作者何楊、作家冉雲飛，以及所有沿這條為國家未來發展道路上勇敢走著但無故消失的人民。
