406 North Spring Street Should Not Be Rezoned.
We, The undersigned call upon the City of McMinnville, Tennessee to stop the rezoning of 406 North Spring Street. We do not want this property to be rezoned for R1 to R5 so that it may be used as a treatment center or a residential housing for the mentally ill, or as an assisted living home.
This property is located across from a church with a child care center and down the road from a school. This would have an impact on the value of our homes and our families. That we do not support.
