S/O E has many years of experience as a Dish Network employee and as a security guard for security associates. He was removed from his post at Riverfront due to a misunderstanding that took place 7-9 months ago which should in no way cause him to be transferred to another location. S/O E is very professional in his work and manners while on duty.
We, the undersigned, call on Dish Networks Human Resources Department along with US Security Associates HR Department to re-evaluate the decision to remove S/O from his posting at Riverfront and respectfully request that he be reinstated, his interpersonal skills are exceptional, he is respectful and friendly to one and all, without regard to who they are.
He is always there to provide an escort to our cars, always seen in and around the building keeping an eye on things, and never has he been known to be rude or disruptive of any employee while in the performance of his assigned responsibilities.
