Over the last 30 years President Mubarak and his regime members have systematically confiscated Egyptian People Money and transferred it to Banks outside Egypt.
The total reserve of the Egyptian Central Bank now is $33 billion where as the money stolen from the Egyptian people is estimated to be $200-300 billions and this money is kept in bank accounts of the regime members outside Egypt. Now more that ever Egypt needs these funds to enable the reconstruction of the country.
I ask for the accounts of the Regime leaders be frozen till the new Government formally and legally requests the money back to Egypt.
