Place regulations and controls on temp servicing in Ontario

We the undersigned to hereby petition the Rt Honorable Charles Sousa and the Ministry of Labour to employ the following controls.

1. Temp services should be limited to supplying only temporary workers - a period of 3 months or less;

2. Any temp worker should receive the same pay as a fulltime employee for work of equal value.

3. At no time shall the temp workforce at a client exceed 15% of the workforce.
