On August 15,2010 on our way to walmart to buy diapers for our princess, a woman went left of center striking our car head on, killing our beautiful 18month old daughter, and causing serious injuries to our son.
This woman has been in many accidents and is still on the road. 6 months later the case is still under investigation and this woman has not been charged.
The state highway patrol finished their investigation very quickly naming her at fault for the accident.
We, the undersigned, call on the prosecutors office to please get justice for Jericca Nevaeh James, whose life was stolen from her on August 15, 2010.
We request that the woman named by the state highway patrol be taken off the streets and to have her licence revoked.
