Target: Hon. Tony Clement, Minister of Industry, and Hon. Stephen Harper, Prime Minister

Petition Background (Preamble):
The CRTC recently ruled in favour of allowing usage-based billing (UBB) for Internet Service Providers (ISPs).
As a result, the big ISPs will be able to force all the smaller ISPs to bill such that internet resources will become a luxury for the wealthy rather than resources for all.

By signing this petition, I am asking the Honourable Tony Clement, Minister of Industry, to reverse the CRTC's decision on Usage-based billing.
I am further committing to vote in the next federal election for any party other than the Conservatives if the Minister does not reverse this ruling.
