The Chestnut Grove Governors are meeting on the 17th February to discuss applying for Academy status. The NUT group in the school have voted to strike against the possible change of employer.

As a parent, student, local resident or employee of Wandsworth Council, I support the members of the National Union of Teachers who have voted for strike action in response to the Governors' proposal to apply for academy status for Chestnut Grove School.
I urge the Governors to vote against applying for academy status at the next meeting of the governing body.
