The report by human right commission gives a historical background overview of mass killings, which have taken place in the Ogaden region since the Ethiopian occupation, more than a century ago.
Those massacres have taken place in different localities at various times in urban areas as well as rural areas. The latest massacres and other atrocities took place in 2005, in Qabridaharre, Foolxeex, Farmadow, Gurdumi, Madax-Maroodi, Karin- Bilcille…etc.
