1. The plan for parking spaces was not disclosed to the Preakness Blvd residents prior to the purchase of our homes.
2. According to the United States Postal Service, these parking spaces are a mistake and would in fact impede mail delivery.
3. Parking spaces were created without considering the homeowners and the impact on mail delivery.
We, the undersigned, call on the Bonterra HOA to:
1. Initiate removal of the parking spaces on Preakness Blvd and
2. Continue to enforce the parking rules and regulations that have always been in place.
