Many children are taken from fit and loving parents solely based upon false allegations reported anonymously to a hotline, or as a result of a caseworker’s own personal judgment, and that what make me mad some can tell you how care for you child.

Child Protective Services can take a child from your home on false allegations , For Exam, It been a long week and you haven’t had time to get everything done at home so there clothes that need washing , few dishes in the sink and thing are not put away and Child Protective Services show up at your home . If that person thinks that the way your home looks all the time and they feel your not caring for your kids, the children are going to pay they can take your kids and place them on a 72 hour hold. If you don't have the money to fight them then you’re in the system welcome to hell.

Child Protective Services come to my home with a Guardian ad Litem they what to see if I could care for my grandchild that was in state care , we have a older home and we had just moved back in a tree had falling on your home so we had to live in a hotel for 3 months. We where painting a room and do some thing that we where told had to be done for Child Protective Services and Guardian ad Litem to place the child with us. They came in our home the Guardian ad Litem had a look on her face of dislike intensely. She had not really seen my home, but I could tell that she was not going to let me have me grandson. They walk throw my home and in the first room it was my other grandkids room that come over on weekends there was a shirt and a par of pants know to me that no big deal , but to the Guardian ad Litem that was so wrong.

The next thing was I had 3 cups and a pan in the sink and I was told that that can happen there can be no dirt dish in the sink. As she enter the other room the one we where painting and changing to meet there rule she turned and walk out saying you sure have a lot of work to do. I was so mad at this time so I told her, and as you know that not the thing to do. If the Guardian ad Litem is going to get to know you then she should wait tell they meet you RIGHT. Child Protective Services could not wait to get out of my home. Child Protective Services and Child Protective Services stood by my door as I ask what more do I need to do that when she went off on me tell me what a pile of shit I was with out saying it. After Guardian ad Litem was done I may have said some thing I wish I hadn’t but the Guardian ad Litem was so disrespectful to me in my home.

The Guardian ad Litem said I was a drug user and that I drank I was thinking do you not read the 15 letter that I gave for people that have know me for years. I later found out is false allegations from the other grandparents that where also fight to get the child but had Child Protective Services at there home when there children where younger and so they could not have him. Later the Child Protective Services called me to say he was really sorry for the way the Guardian ad Litem has acted but they have to do what ever the Guardian ad Litem says. I was thinking what are you joking you took my grandchild and now it up to some else if I get him back.

The State gains entry into private homes following the filing of a report of suspected child maltreatment. This report may be filed anonymously by anyone: a vindictive neighbor, a teacher, a day care provider, or an unstable busybody. You can lose your children from an anonymous phone call, with NO involvement from law enforcement, and NO charges of any wrong-doing. CPS controls the courtroom and employs the tactic of delay and “hide the ball” to keep families separated. This can go on for months and even years while children are separated from their families

Actual acts of child abuse or severe neglect are not the primary allegations used to seize children from their families, meaning deliberate acts, willfully committed with the intent to harm - contrary to public assumption. CPS employs a method known as the "Clinical Model", in which the behaviors of the child are used to claim that there is some sort of obscure psychological abuse in the home that has traumatized the child.

“Child protection is one of the biggest businesses in the country. We spend $12 billion a year on it. The money goes to tens of thousands of state employees, collateral professionals such as lawyers, court personnel, court investigators, evaluators and guardians, judges, and CPS contracted vendors such as counselors, therapists, more evaluators, junk psychologists, residential facilities, foster parents, adoptive parents, MSPCC, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, YMCA, etc.”

Families are coerced into participating by intimidation and the threat of losing their children. In return for fraudulently collected profits, the contracted vendors provide manufactured "evidence" of child maltreatment to support the claim that they need to keep the child in foster care. In return for this they receive more federal funding. Now this is truly job security. No matter how may family member are stand there to help care for the child Child Protective Services are know the so owner of your child. It time to change the law, if family what to care for the child you have to go throw a 3 month check. They come to your home make you fill out a lot of paper work, you would think you where getting a child that not your blood. That has to change children need to be with family in time like this. There to many stories of family wanting to help and getting to door close on them.

This worker has been rude, disrespectful and has tried to remove my grandkids from me from the first day we met. She has lied in court and when I try to correct her report the judge will not listen to me’s cant afford a lawyer so I am treated like I am the reason for them being in the system’s have tried to get another worker but I was told no due to understaffing. I went to her supervisor and made corrections in the reports she had and was never contacted back as promised. I can’t get through on phone; leave messages, no return calls. I was adopting them and they had been in my care for three years with one more adoption class to go she calls me at work to tell me not to bother picking them up from daycare. She had them and gave me some story about asking my ex husband, confused I asked her what he has to do with us, she said drugs. Another lie he is my EX... I was not given any chance to prove her wrong and she sent them to another city to arrange to send them to Indiana to other grandparents I did work with her and did ask for another worker. I have had several workers over the three years and had no problem compiling. This one discriminates against me for not being married, where I work, where I live, comments that were insulting and degrading. Why is it so hard to believe that she is vindictive and a lira, the kids have even said that’s not true many times to their lawyer and in court.

Day one she was hateful and she tried every visit to push me, scaring the kids with threats of never seeing me again if their not good. Would you let someone say those things to your grandkids? After a visit they would fell the need to sleep with me for fear they would be taken during the night. What kind of person does that? And I did do everything they asked of me to the letter, with all six of the other ones I had. Stubborn I wasn’t, jumping through hoops, pleading, begging.

There are hundreds like this so I think it time to change the law if grandparents have the room to take a child in then the state should let them care for the child cutting all the red tape .
