There has been two children hit on Belmont Avenue in Ashland Kentucky. I Have lived in Ashland for 3 years and i live by Belmont Avenue and it si a very dangerous road. it is a killing street.
A 2nd grade student was hit and killed on that road in 2010. There was a mother and child hit in 2011. So we need to make that road safer.
