Help from the international community has been ineffective for too long. Reconstruction and the accompaniment of a rich society is one of the last great human adventures yet to be fulfilled in Haiti.
200 years ago, Haiti illuminated the history of mankind and human rights. We ask now to give a chance for Haitians to confirm their vision.
The UN has failed. We no longer need to pay more then $75 million dollars to a foreign army to protect us. We can form a local army Which will do a better job for a fraction of the price.
We can replace this foreign Army with a national army that will cost much less.
