Process Server are regularly executing and filing false and misleading statements to the court claiming to have serve documents which they did not.
Most of the claim states that the server was done after business hours. In these cases, when process claim that server was done after normal hours or week-end or holidays, Strict regulation should be made to prove the fact that the individual or parties was indeed served before the server be able to file the proof of service.
The Court Clerk should not enter a Default against the parties until proper evidence of service (for instance a signature from the parties of person served) is accomplish with the proof of service.

We the undersigned, request that No Process Server be allow to execute or file any proof of service against a parties unless there is a signature from the actual person served.
