It is only fair that the law is amended so that audit firms are authorized to submit applications to the Company registrar for the formation of companies.
We, the undersigned, request ICPA of Cyprus to take all necessary steps to persuade the House of Parliament to amend the Law so that auditors/audit firms are allowed to submit documents with their signature to form companies.
