From provocation of a RMS Officer (school cop) DCS has conducted an unwarranted interview with our 11 year old Daughter causing negligent infliction of emotional distress. Subjects of sexuality and abuse were forced upon her in a private area without representation or any other adult present.
This was the first time our child has ever been presented with this subject matter. Upon debate over whether this was conducted legally or not, DCS Case Worker Carrie (niederhouse) Purdue had the Step Father removed by force from the shared Family Residence, with the ultimatum of the Child being removed if he did not comply.
The Mother upon complaint of this proceeding, has been forced to undergo drug testing and mental evaluation at the threat of incarceration. Everyone involved aside from the School Cop and DCS case worker are aghast, and find it a shock to the conscience as to this outcome.
We the undersigned wish to state to our designated leaders the lack of a proper system of checks and balances in place where the jurisdiction of the DCS is concerned, and further protest the fact that DCS has been operating with near impunity under your watch.
