Support Residents Parking in Shoreham town centre

There is a severe and constant lack of parking for residents in Shoreham town centre. This is aggravated by the large amount of businesses that park their many cars on residential roads for the duration of the working day resulting in residents being unable to park in their own or surrounding streets.

Many residents have incurred expensive and unnecessary fines due to the lack of parking whilst businesses continue to take monopolise the roads. It is preposterous that residents (many of whom are elderly) not only have to carry copious amounts of household shopping through the streets to their own homes but also that they should have to pay to park in the car park.

If shoppers and businesses want to park in Shoreham town centre they should make use of the public car parks like the rest of us have to do when we go to work or go shopping in local towns.
