Harold and Pam Anderson residence of 1347 Sunstone Street, Jacksonville FL are requesting an exception to Article 9.10 of the Emerald Preserve Summerlin Association. At this time I have 3 adults living in my home. My wife and I, along with my 19 year old stepdaughter. We need to have three vehicle so that we are all able to work and attend school.
I am requesting that we are allowed to have three vehicles. If at any time in the future my daughter were to move out we would ask for the exception be be removed. We would also like to be able to have an extra parking spot within the Emerald Preserve development for a monthly fee if that is necessary.
As residence of Emerald Preserve and neighbors of Harold and Pam Anderson we support the approval of this exception to Article 9.10 in the association rules to allow them to own and park a third vehicle in Emerald Preserve.
