Following the emerging news that scientists at Shandong University of Science and Technology in Qingdao, China have successfully remote controlled various birds and animals by implanting electrodes directly into their brains, myself and other animal rights activists wish to stand up and protest at this outrageous act of gross cruelty.

Not only is this outright abominable, but the military uses China claims it provides are irrelevant, since they themselves have managed to achieve even greater precision robotics with non biological models, such as Asimo, i-snakes and more.
We, the undersigned, call on the world and the UN to outlaw the use of technology that controls the brains or minds of organic lifeforms, remotely or otherwise and to classify it as an illegal weapon of war.
