Support goverment funding to public services

My teenager daughter and I were left to go on the streets at 4am in the morning by a Margate AandE kent hospital with my daughter having a suspected miscarriage approx 15 miles from home no car no money no phone due to lack of government funding "she was not classed as vulnerable" only the elderly are local Margate police station also refused to help after saying lots try to sponge lifts and left us on the streets until 7.20 when I had enough for her bus and luckily my free bus pass all the police suggested as help was to suggest "getting a taxi and offering to pay at a later date " as I didn't have the money!!at home this was not a possibility all authorities knew it!!It was cold and wet and neither of us had even a coat!!!
