Revise The Republic of South Africa's Cellphone and Internet Pornography Bill as Drafted in May 2010 to Make it Fair Towards Liberal Minded Adults Who Dont Wish to be Treated like Puppets by Religious Groups and Inconsiderate Draconian Laws.

The proposed bill as it stands written today is Heavy handed and completely out of proportion, its a one sided argument by religious groups using children's rights as a smoke screen to completely abolish all forms of porn from via the internet and turn citizens into criminals who could face jail time!

Open minded citizens are treated like sheep in this bill, they have rights protected in the South African constitution under freedom of choice that are being walked over without any thought to them, those rights should be considered without interference from section 36 regarding the protection of children as compulsory proof of age via registration with an ISP can be gained before allowing any inappropriate content to be displayed... which would thus eliminate the need for web filters.
