On 9/19/10 there was a party given by new tenants (6482 Lanston) which resulted in gun fire. There were multiple shots fired, wounding one child and damaging another resident's vehicle. Two other residents of Lanston street experienced extensive vehicle vandalism.

There are 3 pit bulls which reside at the above address. These animals are allowed to roam the street, unleashed and unaccompanied. This negligence results in fecal deposits in numerous yards of others. There was one incident where one of the dogs walked into another resident's back door and into her home.

These acts of negligence raises the fear and concerns of our neighborhood. There are many small children and elderly. The elderly have had to cease their early morning/evening walks and bike riding in fear of these animals.

The owner of the property (6484 Lanston) was notified of all issues. He was asked to evict the tenant and responded, "Only if we find someone else to rent his property."

We are a very close knit, family oriented neighborhood, and we ALL watch out for each other. There have been no acts of such in at least 30 years.

We the undersigned, call on the San Diego Housing Commission to relocate the tenants which occupy 6482 Lanston St.

We also request that the owner Christopher Nguyen, whom which occupies 6484 Lanston St. that he and the rental unit be re evaluated as an "approved unit/provider."
