We, the community or Worongary are concerned that the construction of a Worship Chapel and Caretakers Residence could have substantial decrease on property values.
Worongary is a residential area, it may also have impact upon the sustainability of the demographic community lifestyle currently enjoyed in the area.
As many residents know, the corner of Alkira Way and Hinkler drive is already a dangerous corner due to crest of hill and speeding of vechiles avoiding the Highway. The increase in people and flow of traffic on such narrow road would increase the danger that the residents already have to see to.
We, the undersigned, oppose the construction of a Worship Chapel and Caretakers Residence at 2 Alkira Way, Worongary.
