Our local radio station Hot 89.9 held a meet Justin Bieber Contest the rules of the contest were that "your submitted Picture be under 1MB." The winner submitted a 6 min and 40 sec Video.
I feel that this is unfair and that the radio station enforced that people who play by the rules do not win. I have always taught my children to play by the rules. She worked hard, and I worked hard just to get the one photo under 1 MB or camera took the picture at 4.3 MB and I reduced her picture to 950 KB so that her submission would be with in the rules.
I think that Hot 89.9 should have to pick the winner from submitted pictures within their own rules.
