The skateparks in Phoenix, Arzona, do not allow the use of BMX bikes in the parks. It is restricted to the use of only skateboards and rollerblades. When BMX riders go out into the city to ride, they are always kicked out or told to leave by security guards, store owners, or even the police. As a fellow BMX rider, I have had enough of these situations.
As I have talked with other BMX riders, their opinions match mine in every way, "We need at least one bike park in Phoenix that we are allowed to ride freely without being afraid of getting in trouble with law enforcement!". This petition is to hopefully show Arizona Parks and Recreations that we need a BMX Park here in Phoenix, Arizona.
The Phoenix, Arizona BMX Riders are requesting for the creation and building of a strictly BMX Bike Park in Phoenix.
