January 30, 1972 was the day that the British military, in particular the 1st Parachute Regiment, murdered 13 innocent civilians while a 14th died a few months later from his injuries sustained that day.

All innocents were unarmed and the only shots fired were from the Paras. This is according to the British media as well as witnesses on the ground that day. The reason? The innocents were Irish citizens marching for civil rights.

We, the undersigned, hereby call for action by the UN International Criminal Court to demand justice for the 14 innocent people in the North of Ireland City of Derry murdered by the British 1st Parachute Regiment on January 30, 1972.

They were murdered by the Paras for the basic human act of marching for civil rights in their occupied city. Noone has been held accountable for this act and it ignited a 30 year war in the Occupied 6 Counties. All shot were unarmed and not one shot was fired by anyone other than the British.
