The law is simply not protecting our environment and the common members of public is not being represented in the judgments of today, the earth our greatest commodity and property of our children is not being considered in weighing up evidence and the judgments lend themselves to corporations rather than the good of mother earth and the human race, cases like Monsanto for instance where the judge is a former employee of Monsanto, just the judgement that came from cases already against Monsanto makes this petition of utmost importance.
We Propose that the public rather than a panel of judges establish what criteria needs to be considered for a judgement to be fair.
We propose that that criteria should first and foremost protect the earth and its biodiversity and humanity as a whole as well as individual human beings.
