Background (Preamble):
The main political parties have failed to implement or offer any reasonable policies to protect English identity. The ultra right parties such as the bnp and national front (if they even still exist in a meaningful way) are designed only to preserve white British identity.
If Scotland, Wales and Ireland can have their own devolved government under an umbrella British parliament, then why is England not allowed it. England is the only region of the uk whose residents have no say in how they are governed.

We the undersigned believe that the three major parties have failed England, they do not allow us our own status as a country within the united kingdom, rather they ignore us as a diluted ingredient rather than an independent member of the whole such as Scotland Ireland and Wales.
