Lower enter scores for universities

Background (Preamble):
Australian universities are making it increasingly difficult to for students to get onto the courses they wish to do. Each year universities are making enter score higher than the previous year. This puts the youths of today at a great disadvantage as this puts a lot of pressure on them and it also creates a strong possibility that they wont get into their coarse. Therefore the enter marks should be lowered to the level they were at 10 years ago.
