Background (Preamble):
The councils of YMCA's UK wide is in a pension deficit of 89 million pounds and the Hirwaun YMCA have been asked to pay 18,200 pound of this bill.
If we have to pay this bill then the Club will have to close and all Young People and Community wide will lose they're youth centre that keeps young people off the street.
