و بناء على ما سبق ننادى نحن الموقعين ادناه بعمل تعديل فى الدستور المصرى و نناشد االسيد الرئيس و البرلمان المصريين و هيئة الامم المتحده و المنظمات الحقوقيه ببذل كل الجهد لعمل الاصلاح الدستورى فى المواد 76 و 77 و 88 و 48 و123 والغاء قانون الطوارىء و الغاء التحريات عن طريق الشرطه و جعلها باشراف هيئه قضائيه و الغاء لجنة الاحزاب السياسيه الحاليه و انشاء اخرى مستقله لضمان انتخابات رياسيه نزيهه
