Background (Preamble):
Father's rights in the state of Texas is in need of serious reform! Father's are financially raped while only getting to see their children less than 10% of the time each week. A father is paying $800 a month based on what he USED to make. Visitation is a joke. 3 hours every other week equals 1.7% of the time. Even on the 1st, 3rd and 5th weekends it only goes up to 6.5% of the time.
Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on the Texas state law makers to amend the child support and visitation laws to make them more equitable and fair to fathers.
