Times Squared Academy Unites ~ Students’ Plea

Recently our former Times Squared Academy Custodian (Pedro) and Grant Writer (Spence) has been fired from the Times Squared community.

Throughout the years both Pedro and Spence have been loyal to the Times Squared Community, and have been involved with all the Times Squared staff and students. Back a few months ago in 2009, there was an issue where our former lunch lady Mrs. Donna was out and was replaced by Ms. Robin. Ms. Robin was let go from this school (Times Squared Academy) after Mrs. Donna came back with Seniority. If Seniority is the case, Mr. Pedro has the right to that seniority, as he has been in the Times Squared Community for over 10 years. Spence has played an important role in our community as well, as he was our former grant writer, and he was also involved with the students and the community. These two individuals have become part of our family and have made us who we are today. It saddens us to know that they will no longer be part of this community, but most importantly our family.

Times Squared students and staff have been notified that our former custodian Mr. Pedro and grant writer Mr. Spence have been fired. As a Times Squared Community and Body of students we should petition their return to the Times Squared family. As students we should speak up as one united voice and be heard, and it will all start with the signing of this paper. This Petition is a formal petition and no student or staff will be forced to sign their names, it is your free will if you decide to sign this paper.
