I along with several people have been attacked by dogs not once but twice while trying to go for a walk in Seaview Park. The dogs are not on leashes before they get near the gates of the park. When inside the dogs are let into the playground area by their owners where the children play.
I have walked into dog feces too many times. I have taken several pictures of dog feces on the grounds. Seaview Park is a Historical Site that should be kept as any other Historical Site.
NO DOGS SHOULD BE ALLOWED IN THE PARK!!
IT HAS TO STOP!!
NO MORE DOGS IN SEAVIEVWPARK!!
NO MORE DOG ATTACKS!!
STOP DOGS FROM RUNNING IN SEAVIEW PARK WHICH IS A HISTORICAL SITE!!
Please sign the Petition below in order for us as a people to FINALLY take action against DOGS RUNNING, ATTACKING PEOPLE and RUINING Seaview Park. The Historical Site once known as Africvile should have the same rights as downtown Halifaxs' Historical Properties & should not be turned upside down into a DOG PARK!!
Many parents with children should be able to walk through the park and have a picnic on the grounds without having to see DOG FECES, stepping into it, OR being attacked!!Please help us to make this possible.
