The ice on Stoney Stanton road is very dangerous for pedestrians trying to use the footpaths. People are slipping over and hurting themselves. My mum got seriously injured. Fractured cheek bone and fractured eye socket, she can't see well out her left eye. Just after she slipped a family behind us, with children, slipped over too.
This is a serious issue and some thing needs to be done!
I want people to sign this petition so that Coventry Council will be forced to grit the streets of Coventry. I want this because I don't want any more people getting injured.
I also want this so we can walk on the footpaths as I have taken to walking on the road to avoid slipping.
