Donna Henry has been the apartment manager at Lucas Creek Townhomes for over 2years. She is always friendly and approachable to the residents. Mrs. Henry is patient with the tenants and stern when she needs to be. Mrs. Henry keeps the occupants updated on changes made by corporate and gives us reasonable notice when she is able to regarding these changes.
Donna should not be terminated of her duties as the Property Manager because she has worked hard to do her job and has gone above and beyond many times to help us make our environment a better one.
We the undersigned are requesting Great Atlantic Management to reconsider the termination of Donna Henry, Property Manager of Lucas Creek Townhomes.
Donna Henry is always a smiling face at Lucas Creek Townhomes. She is always willing to hear the tenants opinions and concerns and works to the best of her ablility to resolve and address them.
We are asking you to please reconsider your decision to terminate her of her position as our Property Manager. We would hate to see her go and get used to another face in the office. When Donna was moved to another property early in the year, we had at least three or four people come into the office to take over her position. It was a breath of fresh air to see her smiling face again when she returned.
We understand the need to occupy all apartments in the complex but it seems unfair to punish someone for the condition of the economy. She has done her best from the eyes of the tenants to occupy all units on the Property and is seen daily showing units to prospective tenants. We don't believe that it is for a lack of effort that the units are selling. Please reconsider your decision.
