There are a number of reasons for the objection of the planning permission of plot no.23.
These are:
1) Emergency service access down Mill Road.
2) The safety of children & residents on the estate.
3) The impact of additional traffic loading by other developments.
4) Site capacity has already been exceeded. Foe example the pumping station was only set up for 30 dwellings.
5) Contribution towards the roads & pavements.
