Proposed amendment to the United States Constitution.

Whereas, we the undersigned, unequivocally state that due to the United States Congress failure to submit, to the Constitutional lawful demands of the citizens of these United States of America, as to the passage of bills and laws that impact the citizenry of these United States of America. Whereas these same congressional members see fit to exclude themselves, from the same bills and laws it imposes upon the citizenry of these United Sates of America.

Therefore it is the will of the petitioners, that the United States Congress, shall make no law that applies to any citizen of the United States, that does not apply equally to all United States Senators and United States Representatives. That the United States Congress, shall make no law that applies to any United States Senator or United States Representative, that does not apply equally to all citizens of the United States.

All existing laws and regulations, that do not meet these standards and or criteria, shall be declared null and void upon passage of said amendment.
