Background (Preamble):
On November 18th, 2009. France & Ireland faced off in a crucial World Cup Qualifying match.
During this match an injustice occurring following actions by a Mr. Thierry Henry and lack of action taken from the linesman.
The result is now clear that a goal was allowed for France which should not stand. We must all take action to request that FIFA review the video evidence and make a morally correct judgement.

Petition:
I hereby undersign that I request the Federation International Football Association (FIFA) to review the video evidence resulting from the France v Ireland world Cup Qualifier.
I request that FIFA take action to make a fair proposal to rectify the injustice that has taken play during said match by carrying out a replay of the full game, replay of the extra time period or contest a sudden death penalty shoot out between both teams.
