Support The Re-Trial By Jury And The Reversal Of The Guilty Verdict Against Cynthia Johnson

This petition was published by Cynthia Johnson on Nov 14, 2009

We, the undersigned, do support the re-trial of Cynthia Johnson with a jury and not with the judge who prejudged the case before administering the trial. Blackmail was used to coerce Ms. Johnson into submitting to probable cause and when Ms. Johnson did not submit to the blackmail, she was convicted without the prosecutor or her attorney obtaining or admitting any of the evidence she requested.

Due to the disrespectful nature and the manner in which Judge Karimu Harvey addressed Ms. Johnson, it is highly recommended that Judge Karimu Harvey be removed from this case and all future cases in reference to Ms. Johnson. Judge Karimu Harvey has already prejudged Ms. Johnson and has acknowledged that the criminal charges brought against Ms. Johnson were maliciously brought due to a civil matter.
