New Territory: Review Manager and Landscape Contract

We, the undersigned New Territory Neighborhood Representatives, respectfully request that our voices and desires be heard on the following matters:
Item 1 – Action on the replacement of Dwayne Lowry and the filling of that position be postponed until after the Annual Meeting in January, 2010. Furthermore we request that the interim manager remain in place until that time.
Item 2 – Action on the awarding of the Landscaping Contract be delayed and careful consideration be given to the long standing business relationship that we have had with HLS. They have been extremely responsive and have a history of modifying their fees to help us meet our budgetary constraints.
We, the undersigned New Territory Neighborhood Representatives, by virtue of the signatures below, ask that the New Territory Board of Directors honor the aforementioned requests and take no action regarding these issues until after the January, 2010 Annual Meeting.
