Background (Preamble):
We the tenants of hallmark apts, are protesting against the changes of managers. We would like to see linda back into her managers position. For years she's been a wonderful & caring person to all the tenants.
She does go out of her way to make sure the tenants are safe and secure. Keeps the grounds nice and maintain, cares alot for the children & elderly and the handicap.
