Stop denying children access to their capable parent(s)

We, the undersigned, call upon the people and departments involved in the matters of child safety to investigate the DOCS case regarding the matter of custody of Ashley Jade Billiau. We demand that all parties be treated fairly and equally, instead of being ignored. The locations and genders of the parties should have NO bearing on the case, especially when DOCS QLD has declared the father to be a fit parent and the home environment to be suitable.

All claims should be fully investigated, and the Department should be living up to their ideals of acting in the best interests of the child. No child should have to remain in foster care when they have a parent who has proven to be both willing and capable of providing them with a safe and loving home!
