Time for Social Security Reform

We the undersigned hereby direct the Congress of the United States of America to return the peoples' Social Security Retirement Trust to an independent standalone fund to be governed by the peoples' elected oversight committee.

Social Security will be subject to an independent audit prior to management transition. The fund will be restructured to benefit the the working people and their entitled heirs.
